Need help? We offer a free artwork service. Just send us your logos and a brief description of your vision, and our in-house graphics team will create high-quality options for you. They will also always check your own artwork quality to ensure the print will be sharp.
PVC (Vinyl): Has a flexible rubber feel with a smooth/matte finish. It is heavier, durable, easy to wipe clean, and weather-resistant, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use. The UV digital print typically lasts up to 3 years.
Fabric/Fabric Mesh: Lighter than PVC, making it easier to transport and store as it folds without holding creases. It features dye sublimation printing for a sharp, vibrant satin finish. It is ideal for indoor use or short-term outdoor events.
Mesh material features consistent small holes to allow airflow. This is essential for large banners exposed to wind, reducing tension that could damage the banner or the structure. The holes do not affect the clarity of the print when viewed from a distance.
Installation depends on the banner type:
- Rope Up / Fence Mesh: Attach to existing structures using ropes or zip ties threaded through the reinforced eyelets.
- Crowd Control Barriers: Use zip ties or bungee toggles. Some styles are "drop over" (draped) or fitted to hug the barrier.

Our Bean Bags and Bean Chairs feature a removable inner lining to make cleaning easy. Simply wash with a gentle detergent and lukewarm water and leave to air dry out of the sun. Ensure the material is completely dry before placing the inner lining back inside.

If intended for outdoor use or use around water, we highly recommend the Fitted Table Cover because of the durable material. If you will be using a variety of different table sizes we recommend the Throw Table Cover as it is more likely to be suitable across a range of sizes. For both Fitted and Stretch Table Covers, it is essential to have accurate sizing so they have the desired appearance on your tables.

For our fitted table cover which is a thicker material, you are able to hose it down and use a household grade soap. For our fabric Table Covers, you are able to hand wash them with warm, household grade soapy water. Leave to air dry out of the sun and always make sure your Table Cover is completely dry before storing. Do not machine wash, do not use harsh detergents and do not bleach.
Use a warm iron with a piece of cotton between the Table Cover and iron. Do not iron directly onto the Table Cover. Alternatively, we recommend a hand steamer.

Our Star Outdoor water weights are a great option for our EventStar Umbrellas as they are easily portable and can be filled up with water wherever you are.
It is our intention for our umbrellas to be purchased in conjunction with their corresponding safety equipment. This means weight to hold it down! We strongly recommend at least 20kg of weight per umbrella, however, this is subject to conditions. Contact us for a copy of the engineer grade weight recommendation report.
If your Corflute Sign has been laminated then yes, it is able to be written on in a whiteboard mark.

Yes, our Corflute Novelty Items use digital printing so they are able to print photographic images as long as they are high resolution. Our design team will check the file and contact you if there is likely to be any issues.

Our Corflute Bollards and triangular sideline signs are not delivered assembled to avoid any damage in transit. However, assembling is a very quick and easy process. They have been designed with eyelets, which are easily joined by Star Outdoor's Bungee Toggles or zipties.
